Who operates this site

Toolbeam is an independently run website. If you have a privacy question or want to make a request about your data, use the contact form and we'll respond.

Your files stay in your browser

Every tool on Toolbeam processes your files locally in your web browser. Your images, PDFs, and text are not uploaded to a server. The work happens on your own device. We never see, store, or transmit the files you work with.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are popular and how the site performs. This does not identify you personally. Where required, analytics only run after you accept cookies.

Advertising

To keep the tools free, we display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites, and to measure ad performance. You can manage or opt out of personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of other vendors at aboutads.info. Where required, non-essential advertising cookies are only used after you accept them.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for essential functionality (such as remembering your cookie choice and theme) and, with your consent, for analytics and advertising. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Contact form

When you message us through the contact form, we collect what you submit, your email address and your message, so we can reply. Those submissions are delivered and stored by our form provider, Formspree (a service based in the United States), and we use them only to respond to you. We don't sell this information or use it for marketing. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA). Since the tools run in your browser, the only personal data we typically hold is what you send through the contact form. To make a request, use the contact form and we'll handle it.

Children

Toolbeam is a general-audience site and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
